All meals at Corso 1471 are freshly prepared daily. We only make use of the best ingredients and extra lean prime cut meat and chicken fillets. Always fresh, never frozen! We also take care not to include additional fats and salt in our meals. Our personal touch can be seen in the garnish and time spent on each meal.

Our ingredients get delivered early each morning. The ingredients come from local growers that we know and trust; people we have built long-term relationships with. They have to go to great lengths to meet our fanatically high standards.
